Each type of preference depends on how the client wants the chats to be visible to team members once chats are received on their Flash Lead Whatsapp account. Here are the different types :

1. Go to Conversation  2. Press Preferences 3. Choose desired Preference

Inbound Messages are the messages you receive. All new senders of first time senders will be added as a contact automatically to your account. Outbound messages are the messages you send. To start a new chat with a contact, 1. Add the contact in Contacts 2. Copy paste number in Conversation search 3. Start chat
