How could a user return to previous chats after being completed? How to access previous internal chats?

Option A:

1- Click on Internal Chat icon

2- Select Completed

3- Search by lead name

4- Select Lead

Option B:

1- Go to Lists & Contacts

2- Choose Desired List

3- Find desired Lead > Press Internal Chat button
