How do I add leads from the conversation tab? Will leads be duplicated?

1. Open Conversation

2. Select the new lead conversation

3. Click on Add Lead

Before Adding a new lead, enter the lead name in the search bar to explore leads with similar names,

Case (A) if you find a name with same info:

  1. Select the name

2. Press Connect Lead

Case (B) if you didn’t find a similar name in the search bar, thus it’s a new lead:

Press Add New
