From Choose Place drop list in Add New Meeting popup, we could find 4 types of places:

  • Physical Place: includes workspaces, cafes, restaurants, ..etc, to be the pinned location on Google Maps, where two sides do an actual face to face meeting.
  • Google Meet: Another Platform that hosts virtual meetings, where also the link of the meeting room will be sent to both sides.
  • Client’s Place: in case the meeting is at the client’s office, the sent email will contain a pin for the client to add so the salesperson knows where their office is.
