Each type of preference depends on how the client wants the chats to be visible to team members once chats are received on their Flash Lead Whatsapp account. Here are the different types :
- Admin only : only those with admin role on the system will receive the incoming messages and notifications.
- All can see : Everyone added on the system will receive notifications of incoming messages and threads/conversations will be visible to them.
- Specific users : Choosing specific user’s for all incoming threads/conversation’s to rotate on them
- Rotate on All Specific users : Choosing specific users for them to only receive notifications and see all incoming threads/conversation
