Outbound allows you to send your contacts bulk messaging up to 200 messages per day. Outbound can be used for Whatsapp marketing campaigns for offers and promotions, company news and updates, event announcements and so many other options.
To start an outbound campaign:
1. Go to Outbound > New Message
2. Start by typing your Campaign Title
3. Compose your message. Use message customizations to make it more personal.
4. Choose your audience type:
a. Upload Audience:
i). download excel template
ii). Fill Data & Upload the excel with/whithout labels
b. Dynamic (newly added): Whenever a contact is added to the system with the selected label, this message will be automatically sent. Example: When adding a new contact, add label “new contact” to send him Welcome Message.
c. Previous Audience: send to existing clients with specific label. Example: All contacts with label “Product X” send product update.
